17. Do the PRS™-probes need to be buried infield? What is the difference between infield and lab?
PRS™-probes do not need to be buried infield. A soil sample can be obtained by a Field Services Rep and sent to Western Ag Labs where the probes will be buried in the soil under known conditions, removed, washed, and analyzed. Infield burials of the PRS™-probes may be useful if fields differ greatly in soil structure.
